Service area
The Sacramento region, generally within about 80 miles. For sites farther out, send the details and we will review the job case by case. This includes existing customers.
Scheduling
We confirm availability and timing when we respond to your request. We do not promise same-day or after-hours visits in advance.
If a failed door creates an immediate danger to people, keep everyone clear. Call 911 if anyone is at risk.
What to include in your request
- the door type and its location at the site
- what is happening, and since when
- photos of the door, its operator or motor and any labels
- any model or serial number
- whether the door currently closes and secures
Please do not send passwords, door or gate access codes, alarm codes, key numbers or key cutting (bitting) codes, or photos that show them. We do not need them to review a request.
